To keep everything working perfectly La Cigüeña del Bebé respect all the current spanish legislation and includes the following services:

1. We guarantee the exclusivity of your gift. The same baby will never receive twice the same basket thanks to our personalised tracking on each order.

2. We personally take care of the whole service procedure, from the moment when you make the order until the delivery to the recipient.

3. Each order includes a diptych certifying the delivery of all the ordered articles. That diptych contains a description of the basket content and instructions to unwrap the gift without damaging any of its elements.

4. If some incidents or changes would happen during the period of time taken for processing the order, such as the discharge from the hospital, an address change or any other event, we will solve it without any prejudice or additional costs for you, letting you know in real time about what's happening.

5. Finally, at the moment of delivery you will receive the confirmation where we will inform you about the hour and date of delivery by sending youof an e-mail or SMS, according to your preference.

A unique service

Delivery is our way of making your gift more special and unique.

A bellboy, perfectly uniformed, will bring your gift at the place and moment requested by you, and will guarantee a smile on the recipient.

(This service is only available at hospitals or clinics of Madrid and Barcelona city). For the rest of Spain and other countries it will be brought by a carrier.

1.Delivery and shipping times for baskets.

1.1 In MADRID CAPITAL AND BARCELONA CAPITAL(with uniformed bellboy)

- Monday to Friday, on the same order day.

- Saturday to Barcelona: We deliver orders placed before Friday on 16:00 h.

- Saturdays for Madrid: We deliver orders placed before Saturday on 16:00 h.

Delivery charges for Madrid and Barcelona: 6,74 euros + VAT (18%).

1.2. Rest of PENINSULAR SPAIN

Monday to Thursday: baskets ordered before 17:00 h. will be delivered the next day.

Friday and Saturday: The baskets ordered before Friday 5:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. The Baskets ordered before Saturday 11:00 AM will be delivered the next working day.

Shipping fee throughout SPAIN PENINSULA: 6,74 euros + VAT (18%)

1.3. At BALEARIC ISLAND. Devery in 48 hours o 72 hours.

Big basket: 20 Euros + VAT(18%)

Mini basket: 15 Euros + VAT(18%)

Small basket: 15 Euros + VAT(18%)

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: no service delivery.

1.4. At CANARIAS ISLAND

Delivery in 48 - 72 hours. These shipments has customs tax and do not carry handle wicker basket to prevent damage or malfunction.

Big Basket: 50€ + VAT(18%)

Mini Basket: 30€ + VAT(18%)

Small Basket: 30€ + VAT(18%)

Baskets customs expenses: 35€

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: no service delivery.

International Deliverys

Budget request in advance is recommended as this will vary depending on destination. These shipments do not carry the handle of the baskets to prevent damage or malfunction.

2.Delivery for Clothes, Accesories y Baby complements.

The conditions and deadlines for clothing, accessories and clothing are the same as corresponding to the baskets and gift baskets, except for shipping.

Shipping up to 2 kg., no baskets or baskets included:

Peninsula: 4,50€

Islas Baleares (in 19 hours): 8,50€ + VAT (18%)

Islas Canarias (in 12 hours): 9,95€ + VAT (18%) + CUSTOMS(30€ +VAT )

 

1.5. CEUTA and MELILLA

Delivery in 48 - 72 hours. These shipments has customs tax and do not carry handle wicker basket to prevent damage or malfunction.

Big Basket: 20€ + VAT (18%)+ Aduana

Mini Basket: 15€ + VAT (18%)+ Aduana

Small Basket: 15€ + VAT (18%)+ Aduana

 

Custom:

Customs expenses of Baskets: 25 €

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: no service delivery.

Clothes, Baby Accesories and complements apply the following shipping costs: 15 € + VAT (18%) + 25 € (Customs)

 

International deliveries

It's recommended to previously ask budget because this will vary according to the destination. Those deliveries don't include the baskets handle.
